Governing law
These policies are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Where the Service is accessed from the United Kingdom, or where personal data of UK data subjects is processed, the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 apply in addition. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data protection rights you may have under your local law.
